Deliveries: Costs and methods of shipping and delivery times
Shipping costs may vary depending on the product chosen and start at a minimum of €7.90. In the case of shipping abroad, the fares start from a minimum of € 19.90: it will in any case be possible to view the amount of delivery charges of your order before introducing your payment details. The table below includes current shipping costs and estimated delivery times for any product purchased on JUXTARE Store.

Warning: any customs duty will be charged when the package arrives in the destination country. These fees are charged to the customer. JUXTARE Store has no control of such duties, which can slightly vary depending on the country. For more information we suggest that you contact your country’s customs authorities.
It may happen that the goods do not arrive within the indicated delivery time. In this case we will contact you in advance and inform you of this circumstance.
Warning: the customer is solely responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
2. Delivery times
The “delivery time” (viewable in the previous table) consists of the time necessary for the courier to deliver the goods.
3. Order Status
It is possible to check the shipment status from the day after the shipment. JUXTARE Store will notify the customer via e-mail at the time of shipment; by clicking on the link contained in the e-mail you can access the shipping status. Once the parcel has been given to the express courier, the same link will be available in “My orders” . In this case, to check the order status (delivery date, etc.), just click “My orders” botton and type e-mail address and password. In this way you will be able to view a list of your orders. By clicking on the order link for which information is requested, its progress details will appear.
4. Failed delivery
If the items purchased are not delivered within the period specified in the order confirmation e-mail, please check your order status by clicking on “My orders” or contact our “customer care”. We will check it with the delivery company.
